Griddle Cooks
The Griddle Cooks are responsible for preparing cheesesteaks to order,
maintaining the cleanliness of the sandwich preparation area,
and daily prep tasks during the shift. We are looking for Part Time employees &
can easily work around another work schedule.
We are starting everyone out as a Prep Cook, with potential to move up to Shift Cook.
Pay is BOE, but starts at $16/hour with a whole house tip pool. Tips range from $20-30 extra per shift.
We offer a 401k with matching after 90 days of employment.
Training shifts are paid, & 4 training shifts must be completed before final employment.
Applicants must be 21 or older, as we are attached to a bar.
Restaurant experience, and two references required.
Must be able to work weekends.
We would like someone who has griddle experience.
Our ideal candidate is good at multi-tasking and used to a fast paced environment.

Accuracy and speed in executing tasks & multitasking.
Punctual.
Ability to work as a team member.
Follows directions and instructions.
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Knowledge of food safety requirements for the state of Louisiana.
Experience with cooking on a griddle/flat top in a professional setting preferred.
Counter Person
The Counter Person helps customers, takes orders, rings people up, packs to-go orders,
& does some very lite prep work. We are looking for Part Time employees &
can easily work around another work schedule.
